The new album Bosniumas by Espo Despo delivers sevdalinkas in Esperanto (traditional Bosnian music), a truly extraordinary experience, all the more surprising because it results from a completely new musical style far from their custom, made together by a group of musicians from different countries and musical horizons.
Argentinean Alejandro Cossabela, Flávio Fonseca from Brazil, Parisian Gijom Armide, Patrik Austin from Finland, and other guests, share mainly the mastery of singing in Esperanto, and are able to contribute their particular expertise and invent the enthusiasm necessary to realize this project, despite their often very distant musical styles.
